$400
The Phil and Teds Sport Buggy is a compact "jog" stroller with three large inflated tires to provides a smooth ride over rough terrain. The front wheel swivels for maneuverability. The standout feature is that, down the road, the Sport can be easily converted to a top/bottom double stroller with the addition of a bottom seat for only $90. However, not the easiest stroller to take to a restaurant, on the bus or up the stairs.

Manufacturer‘s Description:
"4-position contour seat, double rear foot brake, multi position handle, standards certified"
"Bottom Line: Even though it is called the SPort, the Phil and Teds SP is not intended for jogging. You can lock the front wheel forward for added control on rough terrain, but jogging with this stroller is not recommended. Beyond that limitation, we cannot recommend this stroller enough, especially if you plan to have a second child. The SP is as useful as it is eye-catching. Sleek, useful, and easy to push, the Phil and Teds SP is a relatively light and easy to manage (sub)urban stroller that grows along with your family. For a simplified and thriftier version of the SP, consider the Phil and Teds Classic stroller. While the Classic lacks the adjustable handlebar and reclining second seat of the SP, the low price-tag is hugely attractive."
